This 3 weight 7 foot 6 inch Fly Rod is perfect for smaller fish like small trout and panfish. This rod will shine when fishing smaller creeks as it's not as long as your typical 9 foot fly rod and wont get caught up in the typical foliage growing along creeks and smaller rivers. This 3wt fly rod will be great for backpacking as it is lighter and shorter in length than most other fly rods. This fly rod is great for nymphing, bow and arrow casts, dapping, high sticking, and many other fly fishing techniques.
