Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority

Here at Outlaw we strive to bring you high quality products that we know you will love.  If for some reason you don't love your rod you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your NEW and UNUSED item.  If the product you ordered is used and/or in unsellable condition a refund will not be issued.  

This refund is only for the original purchaser.  If you purchased an item from an authorized retailer then you will need to return it to the authorized retailer you purchased it from.  For refund to be issued the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and return the product in the same condition with everything that came with it originally including the wrapping on the cork for rod returns.  

If the item you purchased was damaged in shipping please let is know right away and refuse it if possible.  

Shipping is not refundable and return shipping will be your responsibility to pay if you decide to return your purchase.
