Domestic Shipping

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.  Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains.  We are not perfect.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

FREE shipping to all USA customers on all orders over $75.  You can choose expedited shipping for an extra fee listed at checkout 


International Shipping

Please check with your local customs office or postmaster to make sure there's no extra fees or import charges to ship to your country.  We are not responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or extra charges.

We are proud to ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.  If your country's not listed we may still ship there but you will need to contact us first.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
