The Outlaw Promise
Here at Outlaw we know your gonna love your new rod but if for some reason you don't like it we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you don't love your new rod within the first 30 days, just notify us first and provide your proof of purchase and order number, then we will provide instructions on how to send it back to us. The rod and rod tube must be in like-new condition for a refund. We will not accept rods that have been heavily used, scratched, or if the cellophane has been removed from the rod handle.
The Outlaw Lifetime Warranty.
Every Outlaw fly rod that we produce is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty. This warranty covers failure due to defects in material or workmanship of our product.
Outlaw Rod Co. reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Outlaw Rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colors and components may vary between original and replacement parts.
This Policy applies to the original owner only and may not be transferred to another person.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your order are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us with the details.
Rod Broke:
Rods get broken, tips get busted - we know this. We'll replace your broken section or replace your rod at our discretion. Just contact us first and we will provide instructions on how to send the broken section back to us along with the other section.
Warranty replacement fees:
There will be a warranty replacement fee of $65 to repair or replace any rod or reel

After 30 days we do not accept refunds.
Damaged, defective or incorrect products:
If you received an item that's damaged, defective, or received an incorrect item, contact us immediately. If damaged, retain all packaging, as we will need that in order to file your claim. DO NOT ship the item back without contacting us first!
To submit a return or exchange:
First send an EMAIL. Include, your name, email address, phone number (so we can contact you), item, order number, and reason for return or exchange. Once we have approved your return or exchange, package the product safely to prevent damage and ship to us and make sure you get a tracking number. Shipping is not included in the return and is you will need to pay the shipping.
CONTACT US FIRST BEFORE YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT! All products sent without approval will be returned.
