Warranty Fee

Here at Outlaw we know accidents happen because they've happened to us. We want you to keep catchin fish with our rods and we know our rods are quality built so we decided to offer a lifetime warranty. If your rod has a problem because of something we did in production then the repair is on us. If the rod breaks because of an accident, there is a $59 warranty fee. This is the warranty fee to get your rod repaired or replaced you do not need to purchase this unless your rod breaks, all outlaw rods come with the lifetime warranty. 

In order to process your warranty claim you must first CONTACT US and fill out a warranty request form and include your proof of purchase, pictures of the rod, and a short description of what happened.  You will have to pay for shipping.  Any other questions just drop us a line and ask.
