Whether you're swinging flies, nymphing, or covering big water, this rod adapts effortlessly.
Every component has been carefully upgraded. A higher quality saltwater-safe reel seat ensures durability in any environment, while the custom-designed cork grip with premium inserts provides all-day comfort and a clean, high-end look. We also extended the bottom grip for better leverage. At the core, our better advanced blank technology reduces overall weight while increasing sensitivity and recovery speed—resulting in tighter loops, better tracking, and more efficient energy transfer.
Designed as a true hybrid, the Pivot excels in both single-hand overhead casting and two-handed spey techniques. It thrives in challenging environments—especially tight rivers with limited back casting room—where versatility isn’t optional, it’s essential.
The added length also gives you a major advantage when indicator fishing, improving line control, drift management, and mending ability across both rivers and stillwater.
If you plan on using spey type fly line (Scandi or Skagit) and spey style casting then a 350-410 grain line will pair well with this rod.
